Solid platform

The DiceArena game service is built on a proven platform specifically designed for multiplayer turn-based games. It is based on the experience from the poker industry and contains all functionality from regular poker servers.

Pooled player network

DiceArena has a network based model, aggregating players from different B2B partners. The servers and the system are run by Jadestone Networks and by joining the network, a partner will immediately get access to the liquidity of all the other partners in the network.

Business model

The business model is based on rakes and fees. Rake is taken from every real money game pot. The model is the same as for poker. For tournaments, there will also be fees paid by each entrant.

The revenue is split between the partner and the network according to a predefined agreement.

Integration

The DiceArena and Backgammon can be seamlessly integrated into a partners existing online presence and the games will be an integrated part of the player offering.

The games can be integrated through:

Single wallet solution (where the player uses the same money on the DiceArena platform as the main accounts on the partner site), or

Multi wallet solution (where the players will get a new wallet for the dice games).

The look and feel of the games can be adapted to the partner’s visual presence to get integrated into an offer.

Back-end

The back-end system provides functionality for administrating the system, including:

Player management, listing statistics of the player behavior including session information, game data and player value calculations.

Fraud detection, providing the entry point for investigation of suspiciously fraudulent behavior.

Support

First line support is managed by the partner. The responsibilities of the first line support is beside all account related questions also all the issues covered by the internal FAQ.

Second line support is managed by us. Second line support is handled in English and the communication interface is the first line support – not the player.
